FORMATION OF AN INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AT THE ORGANIZATIONAL LEVEL USING THE EXAMPLE OF ASIAN GAS PIPELINE LLP

Abstract

. One of the main ways to stabilize and further develop the economy of Kazakhstan is to increase the innovative development of the organization, mobilize and effectively use the country's external reserves. Since gaining independence, Kazakhstan has been pursuing an active strategy to attract investments. The innovative activity of an enterprise is the most important part of its overall economic activity. The attraction of investments is determined by the main of the most structured factors that determine economic growth for the growth of competitiveness of the subsequent development of the national economy, as well as contributing to its advancement into global production systems. The article reveals the importance of innovative development of enterprises, the features of innovative enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the analysis of their main problems, possible solutions and development prospects.
